In preparation for the 2027 edition

Workshops and hands-on demos

Some things are best asked in person. Others you need to touch or try. That is why, alongside the talks, we are also preparing workshops and hands-on demos you can join.

We are adding topics gradually. The specific form of each activity will be confirmed once the programme is final.

Planned topics

Topics you can try

01

Sight and everyday habits

Phone, monitor, and another screen in the evening. How do we actually use our eyes during a day like that? The focus is on visual habits we easily overlook — close-up work, awareness of the space around us, and time outdoors. The explanation is complemented by practical demonstrations where we can notice what we normally do automatically.

02

Digestion, microbiome and nutrition

Everyone has advice about nutrition. And you are the one who has to decide what to have for lunch. The workshop helps put together what we often hear separately: the microbiome, fibre, fermented foods and everyday eating habits. We are interested in how to understand these connections and what to take from them to our own table.

03

Nutrition at different stages of life

Protein, women's health, healthy ageing. Big topics that in the end show up in a fairly ordinary breakfast or dinner. We look at nutrition at different stages of life and in the context of everyday eating habits — in the context of how we live and how we change over the years.

04

Getting to know AED defibrillators

AED. Three letters you may walk past without paying attention. The workshop introduces automated external defibrillators and opens up space to find out what such a device can do and what it is for. For everyone who would like to get to know it before they need it.

05

Functional breathing with the Oxygen Advantage method

Scientifically grounded breathwork focused on performance, recovery, stress management, better sleep and overall wellbeing. It offers talks, workshops and hands-on demos suitable for wellbeing, health, sport and personal development. Participants will try practical tips on the spot and take away concrete tools for managing stress and performing better under pressure.

Do you have a topic you want to show in practice?

Do you teach, work with equipment, or can you present an interesting topic so that people take something away from it? Write to us about what visitors could experience with you. We will gladly discuss how you can join the programme.
